Daniel and Friends is expanding.
We are now currently working with the City of Rochester in a new program called PRIME II.
"Providing Real Incentives to Maintain Employment"
We will be training and employing up to 10 youth ages 16-18 over a period of 6 months in the career fields of Property Maintenance, Landscaping and the various operations and micro career fields of owning and operating a property maintenance or landscape company.
During this period the youth will be instructed in office duties including customer service, call center, estimating, filing, billing, advertising, marketing. They will also be trained in interior/exterior home repairs, home rehabilitation and landscaping. Learning skills including drywall, minor plumbing and electrical repair-installation, painting, garden installation and maintenance and more. All the various responsabilities, duties and skills required to obtain and maintain careers or own and operate thier own business.
Daniel and Friends Experiential Programs emphasize math and reading skills and how they are highly required and applied in order for one to excell.
